ABOUT DJ GOLDMUND
DJ Goldmund’s personal journey began in Amsterdam in 2012 when the first Ecstatic Dances arrived in Europe. At that time, he danced four times a week—covering Ecstatic Dance, Contact Improv, and Dance Improv—all embodying the belief that a DJ who doesn’t dance can’t understand the deeper essence of the art.
He started DJing Ecstatic Dance in 2014 and has since performed in many countries, including Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, Ibiza, and beyond, with appearances across the USA, Canada, and Peru. Known for creating epic, story-driven sets in the moment, DJ Goldmund loves guiding dancers on transformative journeys and witnessing the wow moments in their eyes. Now based in Barcelona, he is eagerly looking forward to returning to Berlin for the first time since 2020.
